Dashboard Overview

The Tandem Beam dashboard provides a centralized hub for monitoring tracking performance, managing clients and advertisers, and accessing analytics across all your implementations.

Main Dashboard: Accessible from the top navigation "Dashboard" link. Shows system-wide metrics, recent activity, and quick access to clients and advertisers.

Navigation Structure

Top Navigation Bar

The top navigation bar provides access to main sections:

Dashboard

Main landing page showing system overview and quick access to clients/advertisers

Clients

Dropdown menu showing your accessible clients with advertiser counts. Click "Manage Clients" to view all.

Advertisers

Dropdown menu showing advertisers for the selected client (requires client selection first)

User Menu

Top-right dropdown with Profile, Admin tools (if Super Admin), and Logout

Advertiser Dashboard Sections

When viewing an advertiser, the dashboard displays multiple sections with tracking information:

ClickBeam Installation

Located at the top of the advertiser dashboard when ClickBeam is enabled:

  • Installation Script: Collapsible section with copy-paste ready tracking script
  • Installation Instructions: Step-by-step guidance for adding script to website
  • Event Examples: Button to view supported events and implementation code

Event Settings

Configure which events to track and forward to platforms:

  • Event Settings List: Table showing all configured events with priority and status
  • Form Parser Button: Purple button to auto-detect forms on your website
  • New Event Button: Create Event Settings manually

Connected Platforms

Manage advertising platform integrations:

  • Platform List: Shows connected platforms with configuration status
  • Add Platform Button: Connect new advertising platforms
  • Test Connection: Verify platform API credentials are working

API Tokens

Manage API tokens for ClickBeam and custom integrations:

  • Token List: Collapsible section showing all API tokens
  • Generate Token: Create new API tokens for tracking
  • Active Status: Only one token can be active at a time (used in installation script)

Intelligence Reports

Intelligence Reports provide detailed event data and analytics for your advertiser.

Accessing Intelligence

  1. Select an advertiser from the Advertisers dropdown menu
  2. Navigate to the advertiser dashboard
  3. Click "Intelligence" in the advertiser navigation (or URL: /advertisers/{id}/intelligence/reports)

Intelligence Features

Event Filtering

  • • Time range (Last Hour, Today, Last 7 Days, etc.)
  • • Event type (purchase, lead, page_view, etc.)
  • • Source (clickbeam, skybeam)
  • • Search by URL, transaction ID, or event data

Event Details

  • • Event name and timestamp
  • • Source attribution (which system captured it)
  • • Complete event data (value, currency, transaction ID)
  • • Session and attribution information
Tip: Use the export feature to download event data for external analysis or reporting.

Attribution Dashboard

The Attribution Dashboard provides real-time session monitoring and cross-platform attribution analysis.

Accessing Attribution Dashboard

  1. Navigate to advertiser dashboard
  2. URL path: /advertisers/{id}/attribution-dashboard

Session Overview

Real-time view of active sessions with source attribution, session IDs, and event counts

Session Details

Click any session to view complete journey with all events and platform attribution

Admin Features (Super Admin Only)

Super Admin users have access to additional system management features via the Admin dropdown in the user menu:

Platforms

Global platform management with emergency processing controls, platform discovery, and system-wide platform configuration

Queue Management

Monitor job queues, view pending/failed jobs, retry failed deliveries, and manage queue health

Trace Logs

Debug request flow through the entire pipeline with detailed trace logging and visualization

Users

User management, role assignment, and access control configuration (visible as top-level nav link)

Note: Admin features are only visible to users with the Super Admin role. Regular users and Client Users will not see these options.

User Profile & Settings

Access your user profile and account settings from the user menu (top-right corner):

Profile Management

  • Update your name and email address
  • Change your password
  • Manage account preferences

Logout

Click "Log Out" from the user dropdown menu to securely end your session.

Navigation Tips

Breadcrumbs: Use breadcrumb navigation at the top of each page to quickly return to parent sections (e.g., Client → Advertiser → Event Settings).
Active Indicators: Green dots indicate currently selected client/advertiser in dropdown menus.
Collapsible Sections: Many dashboard sections (API Tokens, Installation Script, etc.) can be collapsed to save screen space. Click section headers to toggle.
Context Awareness: The dashboard adapts based on your role. Client Users see only assigned advertisers, while Super Admins see all clients and system features.
