Client Management

Learn how to create, manage, and organize client accounts in Tandem Beam's multi-tenant environment.

Overview

In Tandem Beam, clients represent your business customers or organizational units. Each client can have multiple advertisers, and each advertiser can have multiple platform integrations. This hierarchical structure provides complete data isolation and customized configurations for each client.

Creating a Client

Navigate to Clients

From the main dashboard, click on "Clients" in the navigation menu.

Add New Client

Click the "Add Client" button and fill in the required information:

  • Client name (required)
  • Domain (optional - used for SkyBeam deployment)
  • Contact information
  • Billing details

Configure Access

Set up user access and permissions for the client account.

Managing Client Users

Each client can have multiple users with different permission levels. Users can be invited via email and will receive access to their client's data only.

User Roles

  • Admin
    Full client management access
  • User
    View and edit advertiser settings
  • Viewer
    Read-only access to data

Invitation Process

  1. 1 Send email invitation
  2. 2 User creates account
  3. 3 Access granted automatically
